Partner/Senior Associate

Goldsand Friedberg LLP is seeking a Senior Associate and Partner to join its growing health law practice. We are a boutique national law firm specialized in health care and subspecialized in digital health and technology-enabled care. We provide concierge level representation to the C- Suites of companies at the forefront of health care innovation, supporting the deployment of new technologies (e.g., artificial intelligence, telehealth, remote physiologic monitoring, software and devices) to improve and scale new models of health care delivery. We are looking for attorneys who share our passion in health care innovation, are creative problem solvers, and enjoy the camaraderie of working within a small, cohesive team environment.

The ideal candidates will possess 4 to 12+ years of health regulatory or transactional law experience. Prior experience on subjects relating to digital health, value-based contracting, managed care, information privacy, and telehealth are preferred but not required.

We offer medical insurance, 401(k) and flexible time off. The expected salary range for these positions is between $190,000 - $350,000.
