• advising with respect to specialty insurance products including those to cover commercial businesses that render a combination of medical and non-medical services (e.g. med-spa), alternative practices (e.g. acupuncture), and wellness supplements.

• advising with respect to development of specialty provider networks (e.g. audiology) and arrangements to make those networks available to insurers on fee-for-service, capitated, and full risk-bearing bases.
