Oscar de la Guardia is a highly experienced business attorney whose legal career spans over 40 years and encompasses mergers and acquisitions, financings and other significant corporate transactions, particularly for middle-market growth companies. He has structured, negotiated and implemented successful corporate acquisitions and divestitures, turnarounds, joint ventures and partnerships and many other sophisticated corporate transactions.
Oscar is a graduate of St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida (B.A., cum laude) and the University of Miami School of Law (J.D., cum laude), where he served as Executive Editor of the Law Review. He is a member of the Florida Bar and is fluent in Spanish.
