Dana Bandera is a Partner with Goldsand Friedberg. Dana is an experienced in-house healthcare attorney who knows how to effectively find the elusive balance between legal risk and business objectives.
Education.
Dana holds a CHPS certification (Certified in Healthcare Privacy and Security) with the American Health Information Management Association and is a proud graduate of St. Louis University and the University of Miami School of Law.
Experience.
During her nine years as in-house counsel at large national healthcare companies, Dana was responsible for managing regulatory, corporate and compliance matters, as well as advising the companies’ executive management teams. Dana is well versed in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements with payors, providers, health care facilities and vendors.
She also has extensive experience with developing compliance programs that address Medicare and HIPAA requirements.
